enhancement opportunities and fiscal equity tracking that improves
livelihood.

- To provide succor to widows, orphans, and vulnerable children
- To grant scholarships to children of less privileged.
- To follow up (in tracking) of government policies and expenditures targeted at the less privileged.
Goals
GHAF believes the key towards improving quality of lives of marginalized women and children is through effective tracking of public spending and services geared towards empowerment of women and (vulnerable) children.
